TERM DEFINITION
Blast A text notification of a sale made by a member of the sales team.
Demo The presenation/pitch of a product to a customer at a sales appointment.
Demo-Working A request to follow up with a customer after a sales appointment for the purpose of obtaining the sales. SEE Demo-Working policy.
Intake The process by which a contract is reviewed for completeness/pricing etc prior to be approved, and placed into production.
Jotform A program used to make fillable digital forms. We refer to the forms as jotforms.
Lead Aggregator A company that collects leads and re-sells them to service providers
Lead Source How we received a lead ie: Lead Aggregator, Canvassing, Internet
No Demo Appointment result: You are not able to provide a presentation/pitch (demo) a product to the customer.
One Leg A sales appointment at which at least one of the decision makers is not present.
Porched The customer will not allow you into the home to present a product.

Results The outcome of a sales appointment. IE Sale, No Sale, No Demo etc
Self-set A sales appointment set by sales rep with a customer they procured outside of Avalon
