Avalon’s standard gutter system comes with the Avalon Seamless Gutters- Leak Free Guarantee- The seamlesss gutters are warrantied against leaking from the end caps and/or mitered corners for 5 years from date of install.  

The gutter system includes:

5″ Seamless gutters. 

Mitered inside and outside corners

Elbows/Outlets/Standard downspouts (minimum of One (1) per 25 LF of gutters) 

Endcaps.

Hung in the best method for each home:

Flat fascia: Hung with hidden fasteners

Sloped fascia: Hung with wedges – with hidden fasteners. (upcharge item)

Sloped or No Fascia: Vampire Hangers/Straps- these straps connect the gutters to the subroof structure under the shingle.  (upcharge item)
