About This Course
This onboarding course prepares new Avalon sales representatives to confidently represent our roofing, exterior, and home-service brands. It introduces Avalon’s values, customer-first mindset, and proven sales process used across residential and commercial projects.
Participants will learn how to properly assess customer needs, explain services and pricing clearly, set accurate expectations, and guide homeowners through the next steps—including insurance-related conversations when applicable. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, ethical sales practices, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
By the end of this course, sales team members will be equipped to engage customers with confidence, follow Avalon’s processes, and help protect and improve homes across West Michigan.
