The primary selection to make with the customer for gutters’s is the selection of the gutter color- Gutter selections are made from Michigan Aluminums gutter coil colors (see attached Gutter color chart).

A description of the scope of work:  

Example 1:

Avalon to install 5″ seamless gutters to All eaves.  (no covers) in color white with downspouts to be placed at installers discretion. 

Example 2:

Avalon to install 5″ seamless gutters to All eaves in color white with basic mesh covers. downspouts to be placed per downspout placement map see attached. 

Example 3:

Avalon to install 25ft of 5″ seamless gutters to eaves as shown in gutter map see attaced in color white (no covers)- downspouts to be placed per installers discretion.

All contracts must include the color of the gutters, gutter cover description, or NO COVERS,

REQUIRED CONTRACT LANGUAGE:

Any fascia wood required to be replaced will be charged at $7 per linear ft. 

Any fascia metal that needs to be replaced will be charged at $11.25 per linear ft.

Downspouts to be placed at Installers discretion (or a downspout placment chart with customer sign off)

Required worksheets :

Gutter map (a map of the placement of which eaves will be receiving gutters). 

Downspout placement map (if the customer is selecting the location of downspout placement)
