About Lesson
Gas Reimbursement for Local Driving
- Any field marketer who is driving their own vehicle for work when no company vehicle or ride is available in their territory will be paid mileage.
- You must track miles driven and fill out a JotForm for reimbursement. You must allow time until next pay period for reimbursement to process.
Field Marketers’ Mileage:
Mileage will be paid when a Field Marketer and counted from the office when launching from the office or a designated pick-up place for the team to meet at. No mileage will be paid for drivetime to work.
Mileage will be paid a rate as determined by the Company within the guidelines of any legal minimum that is required by law. That current rate is $.20 a mile. Every 3000 miles turned in you are eligible for an oil change reimbursement for up to max $125.
