  • Missing Siding has fallen off over time and exposed the raw wood to potential water damage
  •  Mold/Algae Growth Can lead to damage, maintenance issues, or just plain look bad
  • Maintenance/Upkeep Siding like wood needs constant upkeep and painting. These costs can outweigh the cost of a new maintenance free product

Gutters

  • Leaks Can be leaking causing damage to houses or just a general inconvenience when walking under them while raining
  • Clogs Lack of gutter guards or proper gutter guards can lead to clogs from debris or even animals nesting
  • Sagging Can Sag overtime which causes them to not flow properly, leaving water to sit in them and even leaks into the house
  • Improper Pitch Gutters can be installed incorrectly or just shifted over time causing them to be pitched away from the downspouts leading to damage in the home
  • Ice Dams Too much water sitting in the gutters due to pitch or clogging can cause ice dams that damage the home
  • Missing Gutters No gutters at all or missing gutters leading to all these issues, especially foundation damage
  • Foundation Damage Any water against the foundation can cause damage to it and even leaks into the basement. Properly installed and functioning gutters prevent water from sitting on the foundation
  • Erosion Runoff from rainwater and lack of gutters can cause erosion in yards, driveways, and landscaping. Think of the Grand Canyon and how this can cause long-term issues.
