In-class training- Morning (Role-play)
Shadow an experienced Field Canvasser
DAY 3:
In-class training- Morning (Role-play)
Canvass with an experienced Field Canvasser
DAY 4-5:
Independent Canvassing – (Shadowed by an experienced Field Canvasser)
WEEK 1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
18-25 doors knocked an hour.
(will depend on neighborhood density)
Knock 45 Mins of Every Hr (NO EXCESSIVE DRIVING)
1 Lead averaged per 4 hr shift
Week 2
DAY 1:
Meet with the Field Canvassing Manager for week 1 review
Complete week 1 Field Canvass Test
Independent Canvassing
DAY 2-5:
Independent Canvassing
WEEK 2 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
18-25 doors knocked an hour.
(will depend on neighborhood density)
Knock 45 Mins of Every Hr (NO EXCESSIVE DRIVING)
2 Lead averaged per 4 hr shift
Week 3
