Marketing Vehicle Use and Mileage

In order to use your OWN vehicle in the field, we will need you to provide the following:

    1. Proof of proper registration.
    2. Valid driver’s license.
    3. Copy of driving record.
        • You can easily purchase your own driving record for $15 from the Secretary of State using a record request form. Or online for the same fee. (You will be reimbursed for this fee.)

4. Proof of insurance

        • Insurance Minimum Requirements:

The minimum coverage for bodily injury is $50,000 per person, with a minimum of $100,000 per incident.
