Absence and Points
Excused Absence
All employees are required to call management (CALL=Voice Call or Text) no later than 12 hours prior to the work day to request an excused absence. Exceptions may be made to this in cases of unexpected illness or emergency, such instances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. It is the employee’s responsibility to contact management as immediately as possible to notify them of the circumstances.
Excess Excused Absence 0.50 Points
(Employees are limited to 3 excused absences during any 90-day period; any additional “Excused Absence” will be considered excess. This does not include any “Vacations” scheduled no less than 15 days in advance; this shall be limited to 2 weeks in any calendar year unless otherwise approved by Management.)
Unexcused Absence 3.00 Points
(Any absence that is not communicated a minimum of 12 hours prior to the workday)
