- Workmanship errors: Covers workmanship-related issues for 10 years
- Shingle tear-off and disposal: Covers the cost of tearing off and disposing of defective shingles
- Wind coverage: Covers wind damage up to 130 miles per hour
- Roof inspection: Includes a 40-point inspection of the completed roof by a master roofing inspector
- Warranty transfer: The warranty can be transferred once to the next owner of the home
